These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Ansh Quality Consultants website and services. Effective July, 2024.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, registering for training programs, or using our consulting/auditing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Services Offered
- IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Training & Internal Auditor Programs
- Core Tools Training (APQP, CP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
- VDA 6.3 Process Audit Training
- Quality Management System Consulting & Implementation
- Internal, Supplier & Certification Audits
- Payment Terms
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated below
- 50% advance payment required for consulting engagements
- Full payment required 7 days before training commencement
- Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateways
- GST @18% applicable on all services (India)
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
Training Programs:
Cancellation within 24 hours (before course commencement): 25% of the course fee will be refunded.
Cancellation after 24 hours or after the course has commenced: No refund will be provided.
Note: All approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges, if any. Course registrations are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed.
Consulting Services:
Non-cancellable after project commencement. Progress-based termination possible with mutual agreement.
- Intellectual Property
- Training materials remain property of Ansh Quality Consultants
- Certificates issued are for individual use only
- Consulting deliverables become client property upon full payment
- No reproduction/distribution without written permission
- Limitation of Liability
Ansh Quality Consultants not liable for:
- Certification body audit failures
- Client implementation errors
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Maximum liability limited to fees paid for specific service.
